Once the battery is removed from the base, press the power button and wait for 4 seconds to activate wireless charging mode.
*Cases made of metal and attachments such as magnets, cards, keys, and pop grips will interfere with charging. PowerWave Go supports charging through cases up to 5 mm thick.
The wireless charger does not feature MagSafe-style magnetic alignment, and therefore is not able to snap and charge the iPhone 12 series magnetically.
Provides 7.5W max charging for iPhones, 10W max charging for Samsung phones, and 5W max charging for true wireless earbuds.
For best results, use the included 45W adapter or a USB-C wall charger (45W and above) that supports Power Delivery.
